Crush and add to solution.
1 tablet per gallon adds 75 PPM free SO2.
For sanitation purposes, use upwards of 200PPM (7+ tablets per gallon of water.)
For treating chloramine in brewing, use 1 tablet per 5-20 gallons of water.
