Stimulates ML fermentation in must and wine
Recommended to be used with any strain or preparation of ML bacteria
Typical Dosage Rate:
0.15-0.2 g/Gallon (4-5 g/hL)
Preparation and use:
Dissolve in water or wine before adding, or stir directly into wine.
If inoculating with ML bacteria, add Leucofood at the same time, and circulate.
