Have you ever dreamed of brewing your own delicious beer right from the comfort of your home? Look no further than our Extract Brewing 101 class! This class is a great entry point for the beginner home brewer or the veteran brewer looking for a refresher. In the class we will use the 5 basic ingredients to make a 5-gallon batch of beer; malt extract, grain, hops, yeast, and water. We’ll review the equipment needed, the recipe and ingredients, and cover each step in detail to give you the confidence to make a your own beer at home that you won’t hesitate to share with your friends and family. And of course, samples of home-brew will be provided!
The class will be taught by Keith Crowell. Keith has been homebrewing since the early 90's, making everything from California pale ales to oatmeal zombie stouts. You can read more about Keith's background here:
