This class is perfect for those that have made a basic cider and want level up in quality as well as the intermediate cider makers interested in new approaches to and/or considerations in making a quality cider.
Class will start by tasting several difficult to find, quality ciders and, season permitting, uncommon apples. Brandon hopes to challenge every attendee's concept of what cider is and what it can be if we use all the tools available to us. With this baseline the course will then touch on the steps required to make a great bottle of hard cider and discuss a variety of important considerations during the making process. Class will explore a variety of advanced making techniques starting from apple selection to bottling.
