The description originally used by Yeast Lab still fits: "This strain produces a classic German-style wheat beer, with moderately high, spicy, phenolic overtones reminiscent of cloves." White Labs has moved to new packaging - PurePitch® Next Generation - which contains  a larger pitch and new re-closable pouch. White Labs provides a lot more information about the new packaging and pitch rates on their website.

Put the lid back on and store in the refrigerator for your next batch. White Labs has also increased the viability (the number of living cells in the package) over the shelf life of the yeast.
