Oak Barrel Winecraft will accept returns of merchandise purchased on our Web site (Store) within 60 days of purchase, if the merchandise is unused, non-perishable, and not damaged. The merchandise can be returned for a full refund/credit (less original and return shipping charges, which shall be the responsibility of the purchaser). Merchandise can be returned for whatever reason, so long as it meets the criteria established above. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are unfamiliar with the product.
Please contact Oak Barrel Winecraft in advance of your return. This way we'll know to expect a return, the product(s) being returned, and the reason(s) for the return. Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s), and barring any damages, issue a refund/credit.
All merchandise is fully warranted from defects for 6 months by Oak Barrel Winecraft and the manufacturers. The customer must contact Oak Barrel Winecraft prior to returning the merchandise to discuss the defect and repair alternatives. Oak Barrel Winecraft will decide whether to replace the item, return the item for repair, or pursue other alternatives.
Any merchandise damaged in-transit should be reported immediately to Oak Barrel Winecraft and all packaging material kept for inspection by the shipping company.
Oak Barrel Winecraft uses UPS (United Parcel Service) Ground, GSO (Golden State Overnight) or USPS (U.S. Postal Service) for 'Standard' shipping within the continental United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Automatic online shipping quotes are for UPS only, but Oak Barrel may decide to ship using alternatives (such as GSO) based on availability of service. Customers wanting items shipped other than UPS, GSO or USPS need to contact Oak Barrel Winecraft for a shipping quote.
Those items designated as 'Not Eligible for Standard Shipping' must be shipped by truck and Oak Barrel Winecraft will contact the customer, via e-mail, with a quote for the shipping costs.
