How it works:

  • Call (510-849-0400) or come by the shop to purchase grapes.
  • Minimum order is 100 pounds, with larger orders sold in increments of 100 pounds.
  • A deposit of 50% of your total is due at time of order (grapes + processing fees).
  • The balance is due when you pick up your order.
  • We will call you 2-3 days before your order is ready to let you know the date your grapes are coming in and to set a time for you to pick up.
  • You will need to bring your bins or carboys in to the shop - clearly labeled with your last name and varietal of grape - before your pick up day.

When will the grapes arrive?

Accurate arrival dates for wine grapes are impossible to predict. In a typical year, harvest begins in late-August and continues through the end of October. This year's harvest is looking like it will be typical, starting in late-August (White grapes) and ending in September to early-October (Red grapes).

* Projected (Estimated Time of Arrival - ETA) arrival dates are subject to change until the actual harvest date is set. We always attempt to give buyers at least two to three days advanced notice of the arrival of their grapes. Confirmed, or "set" harvest dates will be designated by a parenthetical (s).
