The kit contains a French oak barrel and spigot, as well as complete instructions on how to prepare your barrel prior to filling it with vinegar. It also comes with a Starter Culture (mother) of your choice, and the book Making Vinegar at Home.
The 8 oz. of Vinegar Mother will make 32 oz. of Wine Vinegar.
The 32 oz. of Vinegar Mother will make 128 oz. of Wine Vinegar.
