Join us for our highly anticipated class on pressure fermentation! This course offers an in-depth introduction to fermenting under pressure, ideal for achieving fast, clean ferments. Due to frequent inquiries, we've designed this class to explain the benefits, necessary equipment, and basic process for home brewers.

Pressure fermentation is particularly useful for those without temperature control, as it reduces ester production and allows fermentation at higher temperatures without the usual off-flavors.

In this class, you'll learn the fundamentals of pressure fermentation for beer making, including pressure transfers, dry hopping under pressure, and recycling your beer's natural CO2. We'll guide you through each step, discuss the best equipment, and identify which beer styles benefit most from this technique.
