Left alone, wine grapes will become wine. How good of a wine they turn into is mostly up to the grower and the WINEMAKER.
In this class we dive a little deeper into the winemaking process. We will cover in more detail pre and post fermentation techniques, the use of tannins, testing at home, how to detect and correct any issues if they occur, and much more. There will be time for open-discussion in this class, so bring your questions if you have them.
This class will be taught by Keith Crowell, co-founder of Les Voleurs wine and The Wine Thieves Wine Club. Keith began making wine with Oak Barrel Winecraft in 2008 and applied the skills he learned to launch a successful wine club and professional winery.
