Our Sake making instructor Keith Crowell has put together a terrific Sake Making Equipment Kit that will help making Sake at home fun and easy!

Kit includes:

  • 6 Gallon Wide Mouth Food Grade Plastic Fermentor
  • #11 Airlock Stopper
  • Airlock
  • 5' of 3/8" Beverage Transfer Tubing
  • 4 oz Iodophor Sanitizer
  • Large Mesh Bag 24'"x 24"
  • 4, 1 Gallon Jugs
  • Hydrometer
  • 10" Sample Jar
  • Brewing Sake, Book
  • Capper
  • 1/4 lb. of Bottle Caps

In addition to this list of equipment you will also need the Sake Ingredient Kit, a way to make a large amount of rice, a strong spoon, filtered water (no iron) and a way to keep the temperature cool enough (45 - 50 degrees F) through the fermentation process.
