- 5' of 3/8" Beverage Transfer Tubing
- 4 oz Iodophor Sanitizer
- Large Mesh Bag 24'"x 24"
- 4, 1 Gallon Jugs
- Hydrometer
- 10" Sample Jar
- Brewing Sake, Book
- Capper
- 1/4 lb. of Bottle Caps
In addition to this list of equipment you will also need the Sake Ingredient Kit, a way to make a large amount of rice, a strong spoon, filtered water (no iron) and a way to keep the temperature cool enough (45 - 50 degrees F) through the fermentation process.
