A pale, refreshing, highly-attenuated Belgian ale with a very dry finish.Fruity and peppery flavors provided by the yeast are supported by a light, grainy malt character. Moderate bitterness with a low to moderate hop aroma.
Optional spice additions --often coriander and paradise seed--can support the spicy yeast character.
